Greeters!

Hi all, here is a message from Margaret that she asked that I pass along.
Please have a read if you have been a greeter or are interested in being
one!

Hi Everyone,

I just wanted to do a quick update here on greeting πŸ™‚

Thank you to everyone who has been a greeter so far, we really appreciate
your dedication to our church and making people that come through the doors
feel welcome. The first thing they see is the smile on our faces!

You will see a sign up sheet on the table as you walk in the church, please
feel free to sign up for any dates!

For Sundays you may have seen we have coffee on so if you are a greeter
please make a pot of coffee, you will find the coffee maker in the oakshela
room and the cupboard underneath it has supplies in it (coffee mate,
coffee, filters, cups, sugar). Please pour the coffee into coffee pots and
set them out on our coffee station. It would be a good idea to come a bit
earlier for greeting just so you have that time to make the coffee. In the
table the coffee is set on you will find supplies in those cupboards as
well.
I did make sure the kettle was full of water as well last Sunday and turned
it on in case anyone wants tea πŸ™‚

If you are interested in donating coffee supplies please see the list below
πŸ™‚

– Ground coffee
– White sugar and Splenda
– Coffee cups (take out ones) with lids to fit
– Creamer-I have bought a big container of powder coffee mate from
costco but i think any international delight creamers have good date ranges
on them and keep better than regular creamer. (Put in fridge downstairs)
– Stir sticks
– Tea

I do have a couple people bringing some supplies soon but it never hurts to
keep things stocked up and ready πŸ™‚

If you have any questions just shoot me an email (marg.phillips90@gmail.com
)

Thank you !
Margaret Phillips
